Please give us a short summary of your website?

I am a Jamaican based Photographer, offering photography services for weddings, travel and lifestyles, architecture, fine arts, and commerce. My website also includes a searchable stock photo library of Caribbean images.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

A desire to take my hobby to the next level...Making the thing I really love my profession.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

My first website "Photographic Art Jamaica" was launched in 2004

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I see myself an artist with a camera instead of a paint brush. Hence, Photographic Artist..Phtographic Art Jamaica

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

I optomize this baby all by my self. She is page rank 3 sometimes 4

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

So far so good!!

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

Hire a really classy web designer

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes..employ help if need be.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

Not much cost..I purchased a template. Nuff (a lot of) head ache and time..I was not trained in web design and had to learn on the job.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Link popularity and some other stuff

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
